Talk to a solicitor
To ensure that you get immediate access to confidential legal advice and information, Legal Aid Queensland have situated video conferencing facilities in 18 community organisations throughout South West Queensland.
View the Locations Map for a complete list of the video conferencing sites available.
If you require urgent advice contact Legal Aid Queensland on 1300 65 11 88 during office hours. Otherwise you can make a booking for a solicitor online or you can contact your closest site and they can make a booking for you.
To cancel any booking please contact the service with whom you made the booking. You can find this phone number on the confirmation sheet of your appointment.

You can make a booking via videoconferencing in a number of different ways:

To make an appointment for a solicitor:
- Visit the Roster of Legal Services. This will open in a new window.
- From the menu options, select the video conferencing site you will be attending, and the video conferencing service you require..

Note: Available times for each service are shown in the left hand side table.
- Available times for your selected site and service combination will be shown in the right hand table only when you selected both a site and a service from the appropriate menus.
- Scroll through the availability roster using the "Previous" and "Next" buttons.
- To book an available slot, select the "Available" link and complete the form with the relevant details.
- Submit the form and you will receive a booking confirmation.
Check a site diary for available times
This will allow you to check the diary of any of the sites

- Choose a Site from the drop-down menu.
- A roster showing that site's availability will appear.
