Services offered

Western Queensland Justice Network provides the following services:

Legal advice

WQJN offers free legal advice in a range of areas including family matters, farm finance issues, criminal law matters and civil and commercial disputes. For matters requiring ongoing assistance a comprehensive referral service is also available.

Important features of this network are the ways in which our services are delivered.

Video conferencing

We have installed video conferencing facilities in nine towns in central west Queensland. You can speak to our solicitor face-to-face.

Personal visits

In addition to providing legal advice through the video conferencing network, our solicitor will also be making visits to each site. This will give clients additional access to personalised legal advice.

Telephone

Of course there is always the telephone, and our solicitor will also be available to answer your questions should you require assistance or a quick response.

Community education

WQJN believes that individuals, no matter where they live are entitled to quality legal advice and up-to-date legal information. To this end, our solicitor will be organising local meetings, school visits and so on, to inform people of their rights, responsibilities, and how they can work with the law to solve their problems.

Our solicitor is particularly interested in addressing local issues that affect you. If you have any ideas or suggestions about topics or issues you would like to know more about, please contact us.
This service is for you and we want to address issues that meet your needs.
