If you need to book a book a bridge video conference between more than two sites, the site coordinator initiating the group meeting should contact us. It is recommended that these arrangements are made at least one week prior to the meeting. Bridging services for group bookings are expensive and can not be arranged without an account with Telstra. WQJN has an account with Telstra and will arrange the bridging and pay for the bridging if the group conference is for a purpose that is within the aims and objectives of the network.
If the group booking is not for WQJN related purposes, the bridging can still be arranged by WQJN but method of payment will need to be negotiated.
